Sugarch

Sugarch is processed (not whole food) sugar and starch, that has had its vitamins, minerals, and fibers removed.

Starch: This is probably over 97% of the grains you people eat, unless you eat oatmeal or "brown" (black) rices. So called "whole wheat" bread is often cut with white flour or fluffed way out with gluten (wheat protein). Such loaves are known to lumenati, as cake. If you want real whole grain try a sprouted grain bread like Jesus.

Vinegar & sugarch: ie typical non-"cream"-based "salad dressing", which freegans may often procure.
